Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice získávání a výběru zaměstnanců. Cílem práce je prozkoumat a posoudit současné přístupy k získávání a výběru zaměstnanců z pohledu vybraných uchazečů i vybraných firem. Teoretická část vymezuje pojetí, zdroje, kritéria a metody získávání a výběru zaměstnanců. Praktická část práce shrnuje výsledky vlastního šetření zaměřeného na odhalení preferovaných a nejčastěji využívaných metod získávání a výběru zaměstnanců. Na základě výsledků šetření jsou vytvořeny návrhy pro uchazeče, jak hledat a najít vhodné zaměstnání, a pro firmy, jak získat a vybrat kvalitní zaměstnance.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is devoted to recruitment and selection of employees. The aim of the thesis is to examine and evaluate current approaches to recruitment and selection of employees from the perspective of both selected applicants and firms. The theoretical part defines the concepts, resources, criteria and recruitment methods and employees selection. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the data analysis collected on the basis of my own research in society. Research is focused primarily on revealing the preferred and most frequently used methods of employee recruitment and selection. Pursuant to the results of the survey, suggestions are made for applicants on how to search and find suitable employers and for companies, best methods to recruit and select high-quality employees.
