Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce má za cíl seznámit čtenáře obecně s oceňováním nemovitostí v průběhu získávání hypotečního úvěru. V teoretické části jde o to, aby se čtenář lépe orientoval v této problematice, znal základní pojmy a postupy ocenění nemovitostí za účelem zajištění pro potřeby hypotečních úvěrů a průběh jejich vyřizování. This bachelor thesis aims to familiarize readers with a general valuation of real estate during a mortgage loan acquisition.
