Modelling of erosion processes

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou modelování erozních procesů. Základem práce je objasnění a popsání eroze jako takové, dále se práce věnuje způsobům, které se uplatňují při stanovování eroze vodní i větrné, což zahrnuje i sbírání dat v terénu či laboratořích. Dále se práce soustřeďuje na rozdělení erozních modelů dle různých měřítek a na popis empirických a (novějších) simulačních (fyzikálně-matematických) modelů. Výstupem této práce je vyhodnocení použití popsaných modelů v jednotlivých výzkumech, při kterých byly modely využity.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the issue of modelling erosion processes. The basis of the thesis is to clarify and describe erosion in general, the thesis also deals with the methods that are used in determination of water and wind erosion, which includes data collection in the terrain or laboratories. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on the division of erosion models according to the different standards and on the description of empirical and (younger) simulation (physics-mathematical) models. The output of this work is the evaluation of the use of the described models in individual research, in which the models were used.
