Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá analýzou a rozborem plavecké techniky kraul, kterou jsem provedl sám na sobě, jakožto vrcholovém závodním plavci. Cílem bylo podrobně rozebrat jeden záběrový cyklus, zjistit rozsah a velikost kolísání rychlosti během záběrů s nádechem a bez nádechu, následně odhalit technické nedostatky a vyvodit závěry pro trenérskou praxi. This thesis deals with the analysis of crawl swimming technique, which I performed by myslef as the tested person and swimmer. The aim of this project was to compare one stroke cycle in detail, find out the extent and magnitude of velocity fluctation during the stroke with and without breathing, then find out deficiancy in technique and make a conclusion for coaching practice.
