Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá respektujícím přístupem. Cílem práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem je respektující přístup vnímán a uplatňován vychovatelkami a učitelkami v předškolních zařízeních, které se zúčastnily kurzu Respektovat a být respektován. This bachelor thesis deals with respecting approach. The aim of this thesis is to find out, how educators in preschool institutions, who attended "Respecting and being respected" workshop, perceive and use this approach in their jobs.
