Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou predátorských cen ve výběrových řízeních z let 2005 a 2006 na železniční tratě Pardubice – Liberec a Plzeň – Most. Z užití predátorských cen byla obviněna státem vlastněná společnost České dráhy, a.s. Hlavním záměrem této práce je tedy potvrdit či vyvrátit podezření z predátorských cen Českých drah. The Master's thesis deals with the issue of predatory bidding in tenders for the railway tracks Pardubice – Liberec and Plzeň – Most during the years 2005 and 2006. From the usage of predatory bidding has been accused the state company Czech Railways.
