Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá aktuálním stavem dohledu nad kapitálovým trhem v České republice a měla by čtenáři poskytnout přehled o jeho fungování. Svou pozornost zaměřuje na historický vývoj dohledu nad kapitálovým trhem, systémy dohledu, činnost České národní banky při výkonu dohledu, CESR (Výbor evropských regulátorů cenných papírů) a komparaci dohledu v České republice a Belgii.

This diploma work handles the current stadium of capital market supervision in the Czech Republic and should provide the summary of it to a reader.
