Bioinformatické metody mají za cíl poskytnout rychlé a komplexní sekvenování DNA pro analýzu dat. Jednou z technik zpracování dat je přidání připravených molekul do sekvencí knihovny pro jejich označení. Zmíněná technika pomáhá opravit chyby a zvýšit přesnost metod sekvenování. Bioinformatics methods aim to provide fast and complex DNA sequencing for data analysis. One of the data processing techniques is to add prepared molecules to library sequences to mark them. The technique helps to correct errors and increase the accuracy of the sequencing methods. These prepared molecules are called unique molecular identifiers (UMIs).
