Banking system of the USA
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o bankovním systému ve Spojených státech amerických. Dále popisuje Federální rezervní systém, který je centrální bankou pro ekonomiku Spojených států, a porovnává jeho měnovou politiku s měnovou politikou Evropské centrální banky. Zároveň je analyzován vliv finanční krize, která ovlivnila opatření, jež tyto dvě instituce v posledních letech přijímaly.
Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis discusses banking system of the USA. It also describes Federal Reserve System, which is the central bank for economy of the USA, and makes a comparison between monetary policy of the Federal Reserve System and monetary policy of the European Central Bank. At the same time this work analyses the impact of financial crisis on measures which these two institutions adopted.
