Cieľom práce Košické kiná (1968 – 1977): lokálna filmová kultúra a prísľuby kinofikácie je podať výpoveď o tzv. lokálnych dejinách košických kín v období 1968 – 1977. Samotný výskum o kinách má potenciál prispieť ku pochopeniu lokálneho charakteru mesta, jeho obyvateľstva, a vypovedať o kultúrnom živote daného urbánneho priestoru.
