Diplomová práce je zaměřená na využití ověřených praktik z IT Infrastructure Library v3 v konkrétní společnosti. ITIL v3 je popsán v 5 knižních publikacích a 26 klíčových procesech. Diploma thesis is focused on utilization of best practices from IT Infrastructure Library v3 in specific company. ITIL v3 is described in 5 books and by 26 core processes.
