Abstract:
Práce je věnována stručné legislativě, historii a charakteristice tradičního i ekologického zemědělství se zaměřením na zásadní rozdíly obou typů zemědělství. Zabývá se kvalitou biopotravin, zvláště pak výrobou a kvalitou biochleba.
Abstract:
This study is focused on basic legislation, history and characterizaton of differences between this two subjects. Work study quality of bio food, specially with production and quality of bio bread.
