Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se bude zabývat vlastním kapitálem v kapitálových společnostech, a především ve společnosti s ručením omezeným. Nejprve bude vymezen vlastní kapitál jako takový, dle platných právních a účetních předpisů ČR. This bachelor thesis deals with the equity of trading companies, especially the equity of limited liability company. First, the thesis defines the equity of limitet liability company according to legal and accounting standards in Czech Republic.
