Práce se zabývá působností orgánů územní samosprávy v oblasti sociálních služeb. Na ty je zde pohlíženo nejenom přes jejich legislativní úpravu, ale i z pohledu jejich geneze a financování. The thesis deals with the scope of the local government bodies in the field of social services. The work focuses not only the legal regulations, but also their genesis and the methods of financing.
