Samostatný československý stát vznikl 28. října 1918 rozpadem Rakousko Uherské monarchie. Prvním zákonem nového státu byl zákon č. 11/1918 Sb. z. a n. o zřízení samostatného státu československého. The independent state of Czechoslovakia was established on 28 the October in 1918 after the breakdown of Austria Hungary Monarchy. The first legislative act was an act No. 11/ 1918 Coll., on Establishing of Independent Czechoslovak State. This Reception Act ought to legal continuity between old and new system of law.
