Business plan for establishing a shop with farm products

Abstract:

Cílem práce je vytvoření podnikatelského plánu na založení prodejny s farmářskými produkty v centru Plzně. Podnikatelský záměr využívá příležitosti zájmu spotřebitelů o tyto produkty. Teoretická část práce se zabývá tvorbou podnikatelského plánu od počátečního podnikatelského záměru, který je ověřován v analýze prostředí. Popsány jsou všechny složky prostředí podniku a možnosti, jak je zkoumat. Dále je popsán postup sestavení samotného podnikatelského plánu, který se skládá z funkčních plánů, tj. marketingové strategie, finančního plánu, hodnocení rizik a dalších částí. Výhodou tohoto podnikatelského záměru je, že v dané lokalitě již existuje zákaznická základna pro daný sortiment. Po zhodnocení očekávané efektivity a rizik je projekt doporučen k realizaci, avšak po stabilizaci současné situace na trhu spojené s pandemií koronaviru.

Abstract:

The aim of the work is to create a business plan for the establishment of a store with farm products in the center of Pilsen. The business plan takes advantage of consumer interest in these products. The theoretical part of the work deals with the creation of a business plan from the initial intention, which is verified in the analysis of the environment. All components of the business environment and options for examining them are described. Furthermore, the procedure of compiling the business plan itself is described, which consists of functional plans, ie marketing strategy, financial plan, risk assessment and other parts. The advantage of this business plan is that there is already a customer base for the given assortment in the given locality. After evaluating the expected effectiveness and risks, the project is recommended for implementation, but after stabilizing the current market situation associated with the coronavirus pandemic.
