Předkládaná práce se zabývá problémy etiky v činnosti výrobních i nevýrobních podniků. Objasňuje příčiny vzniku etického kodexu, jeho formu a obsah a vliv na kvalitu práce. Cílem snažení každého podniku je získat své místo v široké konkurenci dnešního trhu a dosáhnout vysoké výkonnosti i hospodárnosti ve všech podnikových činnostech. The aim of trying hard of every business is to obtain its place in wide competition of todays market and to reach for high efficiency and economy in all of business work.
