Abstract:
Disertační práce je zaměřena na zkoumání vztahu mezi školní zátěží a školním klimatem. Cílem práce disertace je charakterizovat v teoretické rovině školní zátěž studentů středních škol z hlediska vztahu ke školnímu klimatu. Podnětem k vzniku disertační práce byl fakt, že tento aspekt byl v pedagogicko-psychologických šetřeních mnohdy opomíjen, přitom v praxi se tento vztah předpokládá. Středoškolské …more

The dissertation thesis aims on exploration of relationship between school stress and climate. The objective is to theoretically characterize high school students school stress from the perspective of relationship to school climate.
