Bullying in the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na příčiny výskytu šikany, mobbingu a bossingu, především s ohledem na motivaci jeho aktérů, jejich strategií, cílů a následků pro obě strany - agresora i jeho oběti a to s důrazem na rozdíly v obdobích před profesionalizací a po profesionalizaci Armády ČR. V závěru teoretické části bylo cílem poskytnout informace o obraně proti šikaně v Armádě ČR a možnostech prevence. Cílem praktické části bylo pomocí dotazníkového šetření zjistit současný stav výskytu šikany v AČR, zjistit stav výskytu šikany v období před profesionalizací - zejména mezi vojáky základní služby a obě období porovnat.

Abstract:

This bachelor work focuses on the causes of incidence of bullying, mobbing and bossing, particularly with respect to the motives of its perpetrators, their strategies, aims and consequences for both parties - the aggressor and the victim, stressing the differences in the pre-professionalization era and after the professionalization of the Czech Army. At the end of the theoretical part, the aim was to inform about the protection against bullying in the Czech Army and the options for prevention. The aim of the practical part was to find out the current and pre-professionalization period rates of bullying incidence in the Czech Army, particularly amongst basic military service soldiers, by means of questionnaire survey, and compare the two periods.
