Analysis of intensity loads of football referee in the match

Abstract:

Cílem této práce bylo analyzovat intenzitu tělesného zatížení rozhodčího fotbalu v utkání. Subjektem výzkumu byli vybraní fotbaloví rozhodčí odlišného věku. Zkoumaným subjektům byla stejným způsobem analyzována intenzita zatížení v jednotlivých zápasech. Porovnávala se jak delegace k utkání, rozdíl v úrovní soutěže, poločasy, tak jednotliví rozhodčí. Všechny tyto údaje byly porovnány díky sledované průměrné a maximální dosažené srdeční frekvence v utkání, a byl popsán průběh intenzity tohoto zatížení v utkání. Data a záznamy srdeční frekvence, vydané energie aj. byly zaznamenávány pomocí sporttesteru Polar Team 2 a vyhodnoceny výsledky pomocí programu Polar ProTrainer 5 a Polar Team2. Provedeným výzkumem byla měřena srdeční frekvence v zápase u jednotlivých rozhodčích a porovnávaná procentem vypočítané maximální srdeční frekvence (SFmax). Na základě zjištěných údajů byly křivky zatížení zpracovány v grafech a tabulkách, byla vyhodnocena intenzita tělesného zatížení. Na závěr jsem porovnal vlastní výsledky se záznamy z výzkumu zahraničních odborných článků, zabývajících se touto problematikou.

Abstract:

The aim of this work was to analyse the intensity of the body load of the football referee in a match. The subject of the research was selected by football referees of different ages. Investigated subjects were analysed the intensity of the load in individual matches in the same way. The delegation of the match, the different level of the competition, the halftimes and the individual referees were aspects in comparisons matches between each other. All these data were compared with the observed average and maximum heart rate at a match, and the course of the intensity of this load in the match was described. Data and heart rate, energy, etc. were detected using the Polar Team 2 sporttester, and Polar ProTrainer 5 and Polar Team2 to evaluate the results. During the research, the heart rate in the match was measured at the individual referees and compared with the calculated maximum heart rate (SFmax). On the basis of the data, the load curves were processed in graphs and tables, compared, and the intensity of the body load was evaluated. In the conclusion, I compared my own results with research data of foreign professional articles dealing with this issue.
