Cílem této bakalářské práce je představit vietnamskou gastronomii v Praze se zaměřením na vietnamské kavárny, jmenovitě kavárny Anthill a Cafefin. Bakalářská páce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Byly zde použity metody syntézy, pozorování, deskripce, indukce a dedukce. Abstract:
The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to introduce vietnamese gastronomy in Prague with focus on Vietnamese café’s – specifically café Anthill and Cafefin. This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The methods used, while writing the bachelor thesis were synthesis, observation, description, induction and deduction.
