Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na možnosti vzdělávacích příležitostí pro sestry nabízené jejich zaměstnavatelem. Teoretická část se v úvodu zabývá vzděláním a vzděláváním v ošetřovatelství a systémem vzdělávání nelékařských zdravotnických pracovníků. The bachelor's thesis is focused on the possibilities of educational opportunities for nurses offered by their employer. In the beginning, the theoretical part deals with education and training in nursing and the system of education of non-medical health workers.
