Práce se zabývá problematikou adhezních smluv (standardizovaných smluv), příp. klauzulí uzavíraných adhezním způsobem, tj. smlouvami (klauzulemi), které jsou navrženy jednou ze smluvních stran bez možnosti skutečného ovlivnění obsahu slabší stranou. Thesis deals with an issue of contracts of adhesion (standard form contracts) or adhesion contractual clauses, i.e. contracts (clauses) which are drafted by one of the contractual parties without any real possibility of a weaker party to change the content of these clauses.
