Vztah mezi věkem a přístupem ke studiu u dálkových studentů vysokých škol

The Relationship between Age and Attitude towards Studies in Distance University Students
Abstract:
Předložená práce pojednává o motivaci dospělých žen k dalšímu formálnímu vzdělávání, ve vztahu k věku studentek kombinovaného magisterského studia. Zaměřuje se na to, v jaké míře studium ovlivňuje přístup k životu a ke spokojenosti žen se sebe samou. Také zkoumá, jaké role jsou u studentek prioritní a jak se jim daří slaďovat studium s ostatními rolemi vzhledem k věku.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with motivation toward further formal education of adult women studying in Master´s degree distance program in respect to their age. It focuses on the degree the studies influence women´s attitudes to their lives and their self-satisfaction. Furthermore, their priorities and the ways their studies are reconciled with other roles relevant to their age are examined.
