Redoxní prostředí buněk
Abstract:
Tato práce má za úkol přiblížit charakteristiku redoxního prostředí buňky. S tím je úzce spojen proces zvaný oxidativní fosforylace a nezbytné je též vysvětlení základních pojmů týkajících se této oblasti. Na toto téma pak navazují elektrochemické měřicí metody, pomocí kterých můžeme zjistit, jaká je hodnota redoxního potenciálu v okolí, ale i uvnitř buňky.
Abstract:
This thesis should give an overview of characteristics of cellular redox environment. The process called oxidative phosphorylation is linked redox processes. It is also necessary to explain basic concepts on field of electrochemistry. The introduction is followed by electrochemical methods for measuring redox potential of an environment and also inside the cells.
