Práce je zaměřena na vykazování investic do nemovitostí u investičních fondů, jež obchodují na Pražské burze a vedou své účetnictví dle IFRS a ČÚS. V práci je objasněno, jaké subjekty s předmětem činnosti kolektivní investování se tím mohou zabývat a jaké podmínky splňují. The thesis deals with reporting investment property at investment funds, which are traded on the Prague Stock Exchange. These fund use for their financial reporting both IFRS and CAS. There is described in detail which business entities that focus on collective investment can trade here and what are the conditions that must be met.
