Unfair business practices in the provision of financial products
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá nekalými obchodními praktikami při poskytování finančních produktů. Cílem práce je formulovat doporučení, jak předcházet těmto praktikám ve vztahu ke spotřebiteli i mezi podnikateli navzájem na základě rozboru skutečných případů. Součástí práce je vyhodnocení ekonomických dopadů způsobených nekalých obchodních praktik.
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis deals with unfair business practices in the provision of finan-cial products. The aim of this work is to formulate recommendations on how to prevent these practices in relation to consumers and between entrepreneurs based on the analysis of real cases. Part of the work is the evaluation of economic impacts caused by unfair business practices.
