Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je zmapování problematiky typologie řadové výstavby a návrh nízkoenergetických řadových domů splňujících veškeré normové požadavky. Práci jsem rozdělil na textovou a projektovou část. V teoreticko-metodologické části se obecně zabývám typologií staveb pro bydlení a pronikám hlouběji do problematiky návrhu řadové výstavby. Věnuji se zde i studiu norem akustických požadavků, tepelné techniky a požární bezpečnosti řadových domů. V aplikační části popisuji dispoziční a architektonické uspořádání dvou variant návrhu řadového domu. Dále pak uvádím výpočty zvukové neprůzvučnosti dělící stěny mezi jednotlivými řadovými domy a výstupy protokolu energetického štítku obálky budovy obou typů řadových domů. Součástí aplikační části jsou finální energetické štítky navrhovaných rodinných řadových domů. Projektová část řeší návrhy dvou typů rodinného řadového domu v rozsahu dokumentace pro stavební povolení zpracované dle vyhlášky 499/2006 Sb.

Abstract:

Aim of this work is to analyze the typology of terraced construction and design energy-efficient townhouses that meet all the standard requirements. I divided this thesis to the text and design part. The theoretical and methodological part is devoted to general typology of residential buildings and penetrate deeper into the issue of the draft terraced house, devoted to the study of acoustic standards requirement for the construction of townhouses, thermal protection and fire protection of buildings. Application part describes the layout and architectural arrangement of two alternatives of designed terraced houses, presents the calculation of acoustic requirements of separating walls between terraced houses and label of the building envelope of both types of row houses. The project solves the design of two types of family terraced house in a range of documentation for building permits processed in accordance with Decree 499/2006 Coll.
