Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá vytvorením postupu merania efektivity procesov v skladovom hospodárstve. Indikátory, ktoré boli merané boli najskôr kategorizované do štyroch dimenzií podľa rámca DWPI a do rámca IWPI.
