Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na charakterizaci esterů cholesterolu pomocí techniky SALDI MS/MS (Surface Assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization tandem Mass Spectrometry).Jako matrice pro ionizaci vybraných esterů cholesterolu byly použity stříbrné nanočástice. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with characterization of cholesteryl esters using SALDI MS/MS (Surface Assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization tandem Mass Spectrometry). The silver nanoparticles were used as the matrix for ionization of selected cholesteryl esters.
