Diplomová práce je věnována analýze právní úpravy vedlejších ujednání v kupní smlouvě při převodu nemovitých věcí podle občanského zákoníku a zhodnocení jejich právních účinků. Dále formulací významu těchto ujednání pro jednotlivé účastníky právního vztahu při prodeji a koupi nemovitostí a pro třetí osoby. This thesis is devoted to the analysis of legal regulation of collateral agreements relating to a real estate purchase contract in the New Civil Code and their legal effects. Then the thesis defines the importance of collateral agreements for participants of the real estate purchase contract and for third parties.
