Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Regulace financování politických stran a hnutí v zemích V4“ je popis současné praxe regulace financování politických stran a hnutí v zemích Visegrádské čtyřky, jejich vývoj, srovnání a identifikace faktorů, které je ovlivňují. První kapitola představuje teorii systému financování politických stran. Druhá, třetí a čtvrtá kapitoly se zaměřují na domnělé faktory ovlivňující tvorbu regulací. Pátá kapitola zkoumá samotný vývoj legislativy v jednotlivých zemích. Šestá kapitola srovnává současný stav regulací ve sledovaných zemích. Sedmá kapitola poskytuje srovnání vývoje regulací ve sledovaných zemích. Osmá kapitola vytváří komparativní analýzu vývoje regulací. Devátá kapitola Srovnává výstup osmé kapitoly s faktory zjištěnými v teoreticky části práce. Závěrečná kapitola nás seznamuje se zjištěnými výsledky.

Abstract:

The goal of this thesis “Regulation of funding of political parties and movements in V4 countries” is to describe current practice in funding regulations of political parties and movements in Visegrad group, their development, comparison and identification of influential factors. The first chapter introduces theory of funding regulations systems. The second, third and fourth chapters focuses on influential factors in funding regulations. The fifth chapter describes development of party finance legislations in key countries. The sixth chapter compares current state of regulations in countries of interest. The seventh chapter compares development of funding regulations in countries of interest. The eight chapter aims to create comparative analysis of regulations development. The ninth chapter compares output of chapter eight with identified influential factors from theoretical chapters. The final chapter of the thesis presents the identified results.
