Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje dětským právům v rodině. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část se zabývá Úmluvou o právech dítěte, rozebírá právo na vyjádření názorů a právo na ochranu před každou formou násilí. Věnuje se vývojovému stádiu dítěte mladšího školního věku a pojednává o důležitosti rodiny pro dítě v mladším školním věku. Praktická část vyhodnocuje získaná data z dotazníkového …more

The bachelor thesis is focused on a childern?s rights in the family. Thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical parts. The theoretical part deals with Convention on the Rights of the Child.
