Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce „Právní a ekonomické aspekty označování potravin“ je identifikace právních a ekonomických dopadů na spotřebitele, výrobce a trh v souvislosti s novou právní úpravou označování potravin se zaměřením na oblast označování alergenů a výživových hodnot.
Abstract:
The goal of the submitted thesis „Legal and economics aspects of the food labeling“ is an identification of the legal and economist impact on cosumers, producers and the market related with new legislation of the food labeling with a focus on allergen and nutritional values.
