Misuse of the internet banking: the media analysis

Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Zneužívání internetového bankovnictví: mediální analýza“ se skládá ze dvou částí. První část je teoretická, což znamená, že definuje internetové bankovnictví a zabezpečení procesů internetového bankovnictví, např. autentizace. Dále se zabývá útoky na bankovnictví, jako je phishing, malware apod. Na závěr této části popisuje úlohu médií v zobrazování kyberkriminality. Druhá část je praktická, tzn. že popisuje metodologii obsahové analýzy médií, a poté analyzuje a interpretuje výsledná zjištění.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis "Misuse of the Internet banking: the media analysis" consists of two parts. The first part is theoretical, it means that it defines the internet banking and processes of internet banking security, e.g. authentication. It also deals with the internet banking attacks, like phishing, malware attacks and so one. At the end of theroetical part it describes the role of the media in the displaying of cybercrime. The second section is practical, so it describes the methodology of the content analysis of media and analyses and interprets the final findings.
