Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá organickými syntézami heterocyklických sloučenin se zaměřením na furfural a jeho deriváty pro laboratorní cvičení v bakalářském stupni. Všechny vybrané syntézy byly prakticky ověřeny dva krát za použití komerčního a laboratorně připraveného furfuralu. Celkem bylo doporučeno pět syntéz a tyto syntézy byly také posouzeny podle jejich ekonomické a časové náročnosti a toxikologické …more
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the organic synthesis of heterocyclic compounds with a focus on furfural and its derivates for laboratory exercises in the bachelor?s level. All selected syntheses were practically verified twice using a commercial and laboratory prepared furfural.
