Abstrakt Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vzniku a vymáhání pohledávek. Teoretická část obsahuje determinaci pohledávek z právního, účetního i daňového hlediska. Další část práce je věnována zajištění a způsobům řízení pohledávek. Poté je popsáno uplatnění a vymáhání pohledávky. Abstract This thesis is concerned with debt occurence problems and debt collection. The theoretical part contains the legal, accounting and tax debt determination. Following part describes the insurance and debt control. The debt claims and recovery come after.
