Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá fenomény osobní a sociální identity ve spojitosti se sokolskou organizací, tedy způsobem a symptomy osobního prožívání konkrétní myšlenkové konstrukce. Základní predikcí k vedení výzkumného tématu tak bylo připustit samotnou existenci identifikačních projevů v rámci sokolské organizační kultury a tyto prvky identifikovat a charakterizovat. This thesis explores phenomena of personal and social identities on the example of the Sokol organisation, therefore the means and manifestations of an individual experience of a specific ideology.
