Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je Edukací proti sociální osamělosti seniorů. Uvedená práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter. Teoretická část této práce byla rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola je věnována obecným andragogickým východiskům daného tématu. Jsou zde představeny základní andragogické pojmy, mezi něž patří: edukace, výchova, péče, vzdělávání dospělých nebo učení se. Práce zmiňuje i formy, typy či jednotlivé úrovně edukace. Druhá kapitola práce je věnována dílčím aspektům stárnutí a stáří, a to na jeho demografické i individuální úrovni. Daná kapitola se věnuje i tématu adjustace na stáří i potřebám seniorů. Práce upozorňuje na to, že pokud senioři nemají dostatečně saturovány své psychosociální potřeby, mohou pociťovat osamělost. Tu lze do jisté míry eliminovat edukaci seniorů. Proto bude poslední teoretická kapitola této bakalářské práce věnována edukaci seniorů, jejím aspektům i organizacím, které tento typ edukace nabízejí. Jedná se například o Univerzity třetího věku (U3V), Akademie třetího věku (A3V), kluby seniorů a další. Svou roli v edukaci seniorů sehrává i lektor. Ten svým působením, svými kompetencemi i osobností seniory aktivizuje, spolupracuje s nimi, nabízí jim sociálně bezpečné prostředí, kde se mohou setkávat se svými vrstevníky. Proto bude cílem empirické části této bakalářské práce prozkoumat některé z aspektů edukace seniorů pohledem lektorů. Respondenty průzkumu, který byl realizován autorkou této práce při její přípravě, budou lektoři působící v dané edukační. Autorka této práce chce prostřednictvím průzkumu zjistit, zda edukace eliminuje sociální osamělost seniorů a zda podporuje jejich sociální integraci. Průzkumné šetření má kvalitativní design. Sběr průzkumných dat bude realizován metodou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, metodou životního příběhu i metodou terénních poznámek průzkumníka. Průzkumná data budou analyzována interpretativní fenomenologickou analýzou (IPA). Témata zvolená na základě komparace průzkumných dat budou legitimizována odpověďmi respondentů tohoto šetření. Následně budou data získaná vlastním průzkumem diskutována s daty obecně uznávanými. Diskuze průzkumných dat bude doplněna o reflexe průzkumníka. V závěru práce uvede průzkumník doporučení pro edukační praxi a nabídne reflexi přípravy průzkumu i této bakalářské práce.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis is Education against social loneliness of seniors. The mentioned work has a theoretical-empirical character. The theoretical part of this work was divided into three chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the general adult education background of the topic. Basic adult education concepts are introduced here, which include: education, upbringing, care, adult education or learning. The work also mentions the forms, types or individual levels of education. The second chapter is devoted to partial aspects of aging and old age; both at the demographic and individual level. The chapter also deals with the topic of adjustment for old age and the needs of seniors. The work points out that if seniors are not sufficiently saturated with their psychosocial needs, they may feel lonely. This can to some extent eliminate the education of seniors. Therefore, the last theoretical chapter of this bachelor thesis will be devoted to the education of seniors, its aspects and organizations that offer this type of education. It's acting for example, the University of the Third Age, the Academy of the Third Age, seniors' clubs and more. The lecturer also plays a role in the education of seniors. Through his work, his competencies and personality, he activates seniors, cooperates with them, offers them a socially safe environment where they can meet their peers. Therefore, the aim of the empirical part of this bachelor thesis will be to explore some of the aspects of senior education from the perspective of lecturers. The respondents of the survey, which was carried out by the author of this work during its preparation, will be lecturers working in the given educational. The author of this work wants to find out, through a survey, whether education eliminates the social loneliness of seniors and whether it supports their social integration. The exploratory survey has a qualitative design. The collection of survey data will be carried out using the method of semi-structured interviews, the life story method and the method of field notes of the explorer. Exploratory data will be analyzed by interpretive phenomenological analysis (IPA). The topics selected on the basis of a comparison of survey data will be legitimized by the answers of the respondents to this survey. Subsequently, the data obtained by our own survey will be discussed with generally accepted data. The discussion of the survey data will be supplemented by reflections of the explorer. At the end of the thesis, the researcher will make recommendations for educational practice and offer a reflection on the preparation of the survey and this bachelor's thesis.
