Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá podnikaním jedného z manželov a jeho právny dopad na majetok, ktorý patrí do bezpodielového spoluvlastníctva manželov. V prvej kapitole práce sa nachádzajú pojmy úzko súvisiace s touto témou a ich teoretický rozbor.
