Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem popření otcovství v právním systému České republiky. Pomocí analytické metody řeší otázku využívání starých domněnek a principů v moderním právu. Dále využívá právních poznatků 20. století a uvádí jejich novelizace. Na jejich základě pak analyzuje případné změny v procesním právu. This bachelor’s paper is dealing with the question of paternity denial inthe legal system of the Czech Republic. It discusses the matter of using old presumptions and principles in the modern law.
