Planning of project cash flow

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je plán peněžních toků projektu. V teoretické části práce jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy v projektovém řízení a popsány jednotlivé etapy životního cyklu projektu. Větší pozornost je věnována finanční analýze a sestavení rozpočtu. Dále se práce zabývá klasifikací investičních projektů a charakteristikou peněžních toků. V praktické části jsou aplikovány teoretické poznatky na reálný projekt z praxe. Výstupy z této části mohou být použity jako vhodný nástroj pro řízení a úspěšné dokončení projektu ve firmě.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on planning of project cash flow. It is separated into two parts, a theoretical and a practical. The description of the project life cycle and the basic terms of project management are explained in the first part. More attention is given to the financial analysis and the building of budget. Further thesis is about the classification of investment projects and characteristics of cash flow. Theoretical knowledge is applied on a real project in the practical part. Results of this part can be used for managing and successful completion of the project.
