Cílem práce bylo srovnání vstupních antropometrických a kardiovaskulárních parametrů a parametrů tělesné zdatnosti mezi soubory obézních pacientů bez hypertenze a s hypertenzí. Dále byl hodnocen vliv dvanáctitýdenní pohybové léčby na tyto parametry v rámci obou souborů. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is a comparison of anthropometrical and cardiovascular parameters and a physical fitness level between obese patients with and without hypertension. Further, we evaluated the impact of 12 weeks of exercise therapy on the abovementioned parameters in both groups.
