The aim of my dissertation was analysis of trend in sales of real estates of Tatra banka a.s. At present Tatra banka, a.s. is the 3th biggest bank in the Slovak bank market. Cieľom mojej diplomovej práce bolo analyzovať vývoj predaja hypotekárnych úverov v spoločnosti Tatra banka, ktorá v súčasnosti patrí medzi tri najsilnejšie banky pôsobiace na slovenskom bankovom trhu.
