The role of The Czech Trade Inspection Authority in consumer protection
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce řeší ochranu spotřebitele z pohledu České obchodní inspekce. Zabývá se i kompetencemi ČOI dle vybraných zákonů a její pravomocí ukládat sankce. Jsou porovnány kontroly, které ČOI za uvedené roky provedla a kolik z nich jich bylo nevyhovujících, včetně výše uložených pokut.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with consumer protection from the point of view of the Czech Trade Inspection Authority. It also deals with the competences of the CTIA according to selected laws and its powers to impose sanctions. The checks carried out by the CTIA in the given years are compared and how many of them were unsatisfactory, including the amount of fines imposed.
