Co-ownership with emphasis on its cancellation and settlement
Abstract:
Tato práce se věnuje hlavně zrušení a vypořádání spoluvlastnictví. Menší část je věnováná historii spoluvlastnictví a spoluvlastnictví jako takovému. Důležitým zdrojem pro napsání této práce byla judikatura Nejvyššího soudu. Práce rovněž obsahuje úvahy de lege ferenda.
Abstract:
This thesis is focused on the abolition and settlement of co-ownership, based on case law derived from the Consitutional and Supreme Courts. It details the foundations of co-ownership and highlights the history that follows this topic, while considering de lege ferenda.
