Non-traditional trade marks and their distinctive chracter
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje netradičním ochranným známkám a jejich zápisné způsobilosti s důrazem na rozlišovací způsobilost. Cílem práce je objasnit pojem zápisné způsobilosti ochranných známek a ochranné známky jako takové a prozkoumat problematiku rozlišovací způsobilosti netradičních ochranných známek.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on non-traditional trade marks and their registrability with an emphasis on distinctiveness. The aim of the thesis is to clarify the concept of registrability of trade marks and trademarks as such and to examine the issue of distinctiveness of non-traditional trade marks.
