Abstract:

Náplní této diplomové práce je mezipodnikové porovnání sedmi významných stavebních společností na základě vybraných finančních ukazatelů, získaných z provedené finanční analýzy jednotlivých společností a následná komparace s oborovými ukazateli za období let 2008 - 2013. Práce dále popisuje vývoj, charakteristiku stavebnictví ve sledovaném období. Počátek tohoto období rok 2008 byl pro stavebnictví zlomovým. Stavebnictví dle objemu produkce bylo na svém vrcholu a zároveň tento rok byl počátkem vleklé finanční krize. Z provedené analýzy vybraných ukazatelů budeme moci sledovat dopady krize na zkoumané společnosti.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused on an intercompany comparison of seven largest companies. This comparison is based on selected financial indicators obtained from performed financial analysis of each company and subsequent comparison with branch indicators for 2008 and 2013 time period. The thesis describes development and characteristic of building industry during a specific period of time. The beginning of this time period, the year 2008, was the break even point for building industry. According to production volume, the building industry was right at the top and simultaneously also beginning of protracted financial crisis. The analysis of selected indicators is able to monitor the impacts of the crisis on the investigated company.
