Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce je problematika etického prostředí a firemní kultury v společnosti. Cílem je zjistit, proč etický kodex je důležitý pro úspěšné fungování podniku. Praktická část je zaměřena na popis a analýzu etického prostředí a Kodexu společnosti Google.
Abstract:
The topic of this bachelor thesis is the issue of ethical environment and corporate culture in company. The goal is to find out why a code of conduct is so important for successful business. The practical part is focused on describing and analyzing Google ethnical environment and Code of Conduct.
