Abstract:
Obsahem diplomové práce je nástin vzniku možných kolizí mezi údaji ve směnce obsaženými. Rozsáhlá část diplomové práce se věnuje problematice rozporných údajů, jejich řešením a důsledkům pro platnost směnky. The thesis contains an outline of possible collisions between the clauses contained in the bill of exchange. A large part of the thesis deals with the issue of contradictory clauses, their solution and their implication for the validity of the bill of exchange.
